Eat a big bowl of baked beans with a side of cucumbers and an oatmeal/bran muffin with rasins 3 hours b4 going to the gym. Night before, eat eggs, lots of em and some cheese.
Put a brick in small gym bag for asshat to step on.
Forget to brush teeth in the morning before going to gym, mouth breathe. Night before, double garlic and onion on your salad with feta crumbles.
Change all tv channels to MTV Raps in the cardio room.
Bring own remote control to change tv channels in cardio room.
Bring yellow 'danger' tape to gym, rope off machies on either side of you. OR make up signs that say "Out Of Order", laminate them, place on cardio equipment on either side of self.
