Threads being linked to YOUR REPUTATION

i want to know who has the privilege to link threads to a user name Admin/mod/Vet who????? Which display a reputation on this site. I have two threads linked to my Usrn;
when you log in/ User CP / you will see all the threads you have participated in/also on the bottom it will say "Latest Reputation Received" I noticed that by accident today after expending the LRR bar.
