Well like the title said my apartment is going condo and they only gave me a 30 day notice that is required by law. Anybody ever hear of this? what can I do besides pack my shi* and haul as*?

I'd advise you to get a hold of a real estate agent theyre usually pretty good with the common real estate law, and if she says your out then have the wench find you a new home. its a win/win situation.
buy it. If they are making you leave then should maybe offer you it at a cheaper price.

Usually the would give you a lower price, to allow you to buy the condo. It could be a good deal. I'd definately take alook and see what pricing they might do.Originally Posted by chinups
