    What Vitamins Do You Take Daily?

    My daily vitamins and Supplements-

    Morning:
    Nolvadex 20mg
    Dutasteride .5mg
    Multi Vitamin 1tab
    B5 2g
    Amino Acids 1g
    Zinc 50mg
    Saw Palmetto 320mg
    L-Arginine 2g
    Creatine 5g

    Lunch:
    B5 2g
    Amino Acids 1g
    B-complex 100mg
    L-Arginine 2g
    Glutamine 5g

    Night:
    B5 2g
    Amino Acids 1g
    L-Arginine 2g


    I counted yesterday and if i remember thats 30-32 pills daily.

    What do you guys take Daily?

    damn bro, thats alot of supplements. i only take a multivitamin and a vit b supp

    Yeah i just spent 80 dollars on Protein, B5, Amino/bcaa, and Glutamine. The stuff is expensive but i feel that i need all of it.

    Megamen Multi vitamin or Animal Pak (both are good shit)
    Creatine (Storm...best creatine i've EVER had, get some if you havent tried it yet!)

    maybe some redline to wake me up if i'm tired.

    Afternoon:
    L-Arginine
    Multi vitamin
    BCAA's

    Evening: (PWO)
    Creatine 5g
    BCAA's
    Multi vitamin.

    i dont know man, i think that creatine and amino acid supps (excluding whey protein) are overated. you could make better gains if you spent all that money on gear instead.

    Calcium 1 gram
    Protein (about) 225 grams
    EFA 1-2grams

    I am sure there is more but that is all I can think of off the top of my head. I take about 35-40 pills a day I guess.. Dam I wonder how I have room for food.

    ive heard that it works, but i never had any sucess with it. thats probably because i didn't care about school back then. now i care alot more... as a matter of fact im trying to study right now, but i guess i got ADD cause im back here post whoring again.
