    Ever wandered how british sangers sound so American?

    Take Ozzy, you can't understand shit he says , but when he sangs you can understand all the lyrics. Def Leppard too.

    p.s. I know I'm 20 years in the past, but they are still performing.

    why is it that when bob dylan speaks you can understand him but when he sings can't make ouy a damn syalabel, also how about james brown, while he is singing or speaking you can't understand one damn word he says

    I have actually wondered about this same thing many times. Why do British singers lose their accents when they sing? I cant understand it. Spice girls are a good example (no I'm not gay), Craig David and many more. Im confused.

    Coldplay, David Gray...etc. They all lose their accents but I don't give a shit I still like their music! As for Madonna I'm ashamed she's from the US let alone from a town less than an hour from me.

    Neither good nor bad, just made me go hhhuuummm Grew up w/ Ozzy (what's not to like) and madonna is f'ing in need of attention. I was watching one of her music videos at the gym (doing cardio and didn't want to move in the middle of it) where she is wearing leatards and was embarrassed for her.
