Ok I'll be serious... I'm a Wu-Tang lifter... but I also take a few puffs of smoke-smoke before I work out. Not for everyone but for me I get in the zone and no one can pull me out until I'm done... (yeah thats right I'm pro-MJ-let it be legal)

If you get any AX7 album it's gotta be WALKING THE FALLEN. This album rocks, nothing like city of evil
This is a great arsenal for any kind of intense activity
