anyone donate plasma?

I just started. wensday i have a light lift so i donate like 4 hrs after im done, also i donate saturdays when i have nothing else to do no lifting or anything. I dont think it would effect my lifting do you guys? I dont feel tired or anything..

Bah, just to be safe do it on offdays......Dude, I get $50 the first three times I do that here and I've never done it. I think I found a way to fund my pre-contest gear/supps/tanning.

I donate blood every 8 weeks, but I've never donated plasma. As long as you do it several hours after your workout and then don't workout until the next day, you should be fine. Just make sure to drink lots of fluids afterward. I don't think it will effect your lifting at all.

Should be fine. I never have... mostly because I don't think my system is clean. I'm sure my blood is contaminated.

i paid for my steroids, im not giving em away to someone who is anemic... that would be wrong


i dont take steroids mr DEA guy, its a joke, much like the joke that everything is big in texas, or canadian muscle... both somewhat obvious and completly faked.
