I cant train for a few weeks, I cut the palm of my hand open with a wood chisle at work, got 8 stiches. I wont be able to use this hand for a while so should i just train legs in the mean time?? I dont want to start losing weight, Im 1 week into PCT, any advice??

what you could try doing is get that cable attatchment that is essentialy a leather strap, put it over the top of your hand, and do lots of variations of front and lateral raises. if you were so inclined, you could probably manage to use this attatchment to do curls, tricep extensions, chest flys and straight arm pullovers.

where theres a will, there is a way bro. whatever you do, dont stop training upper body. if you do, you will probably lose a significant amount of your hard earned gains.

I usually take a few weeks off during the year, so I guess ill just do it now, only thing that worries me is the fact that I just came off the juice.

Your main concern right now should be diet and Rest. I'd do Heavy leg press, squats and whatever else you can do that works your major muscle groups. In two weeks you should be able to do Bench, and military... Goodluck.

thats what im saying bro, now would be a very bad time for you to take time off cause your test levels are not back to normal.

Dont do anything dumb, like trying to lift to early. If you do you could be out longer. Just do legs. Dont push that hand or you will be sorry.

Feel for you, bro. Legs, Legs, Legs in the mean time. Lot's of compound movements. Lunges with the bar on your back, front squats, wide squats, narrow squats, leg presses.
When you get the stitches out, deads with straps. Do every thing with straps or gloves. If you can, put some triple antibiotic ointment in the palm of your hand before you slip on the glove. This will help heal it faster and keep the skin soft so the scar won't re-open.

10 days is not going to kill you at all, being that you can work the LEGS which are responsible for literally ALL of the growth signals that your body produces.

As long as your PCT was in order, you'll be fine w/legs.
