Worst workout ever!
I just had the most horrible workout ever! 2day is chest 4 me! I just couldnt seem to get any weight up! Overall it was pretty crappy! This happen to a lot of u guys? Can u think of any reasons?
I had no distractions or sweets or anything. Ive eaten good all day. I just wasnt feelin it i guess

this happens from time to time, maybe sleep, or your body just being a little tierd, next time just do a light workout, high rep you dont aways need to push your body to the limits

no thats what im saying! I cant think of anything. Maybe a little tired or fatigued? Im trying to brush it off and just bust a$$ next time

thats weird i had the best chest workout i have had in a long time last night, i trained chest and benched 405 for 4 without a spot. but i know what you are talking about it happens from time to time just keep it in you rhead next time and use it for motivation.

Well i switched rotation of the sets so maybe i was just confused or something. I didnt bench right away, i switched it w dumbell presses. Maybe i just wasnt used to it.....

or maybe you just need some dbol . that would definately help your workouts.

i had a shitty workout one time, i jacked off for like an hour, and coudlnt finish.. i hated it

shit happens sometimes. If I start off like that, I generally get up and walk out because being there is a waste of time. I generally comeback twice as hard at the next workout though

happens to me man, I'm very inconsistent strength wise....I hate it. Couldn't help explain it, but I feel you.
