This guy i've always noticed at my gym, who is a ****ing tank, has been talking to me the past few nights. In the thread I posted with pics from my gym, hes on some of the records as "T. Vaughn" this guy is unreal. He's a powerlifter, 6'2 and 275, and im guessing 8% 9.5% at the VERY most. Shredded to the ****ing bone....anyway, last night we were talking about his upcoming show and everything. I asked him what his big three were gonna be, "Bench i'm gonna keep at 600, squat im gonna go for 920, and deadlift i'm going to attempt 830..if I get 830 ill be one of the biggest deadlifters in the nation" blah blah blah on some kinda list for the top 20 deadlifters or something like that.
Anyway he started talking about doing this hand strength contest thats in my town that he's won for the last five years and I asked him what the competitors did, and he did a little demo for me.
He went over to the gym desk, opened up a drawer and pulled out two railroad spikes, he said they were 60 something, i cant remember. Anyway, he picks one up and ****ing BENDS IT IN HALF and does the same with the other one, and I was just in shock. Never seen ANYTHING like that. I asked how long he'd been training and he said 18 years, hes 37...i'm SO tempted to ask him about his past and present cycles in private but i'm afraid this guy is going to hurl me or something hes a scary looking bastard lol
When he diets, he told me he does NO cardio--wtf? He said at his highest weight he was 325, and he got down to 285 in five weeks. How could someone diet like that in four weeks and lose 40 lbs while keeping the majority of their muscle mass? This guys arms are probably 22 inches around, at least 21...its absolutely SICK how much of a ****ing monster he is!
