Gyno's and scripts?

Alright bro's and girls, dont flame me here. My cousin who is 40 and cool as sh*t is dating/engaged to a gynocologist. He is one of the most perverted/coolest guy's ive ever met. well, to make a long story short, I havent asked him yet cus i never thought of it. We are pretty cool as he has a childish behavior. My question to you is, can gyno's write scripts for anything they want just like any other doctor? I wanna get some opinions before i just go and ask him. Thanx for your input.

Now with this in mind, if he was audited he should be able to prove its for medicinal purposes. Comon, i know there's some doctors here!

you can ask him...but if he prescribes things that aren't medically needed (i.e. he's writing scripts as a gyno for some guy) he can get in trouble.

Ahhh, i see. Well thanx for the input everyone. Im gonna ask him to see what he says. Even though he is a gyno, he is still a doctor. He just decided to specialize in womens anatomy and the like. Its worth a shot though!
