I don't know a thing about it but my mom she's going to manage and groom has owned and ran these type of business for years and it was very profitable for her. Natural Chicken Grill? Is that free range chicken? Or Natural as in you kill the chickens on the spot, clean them and cook them? What do you mean by natural?

OK, I've gone to a some places in PR where you pick out your chicken when it's alive and they slaughter, clean and cook it for you. Now, that's what I call natural.

Naa, the chickens were caged. You pick one out, leave and come back later and it's all cooked and ready for some dipping sauce.

Also, I eat at the natural chicken across FIU all the time.
