New York State Troopers Drug Testing

Anyone have any specifics on this? Bunch of troopers go to the gym nearby and I always wondered if they were tested for AAS.

If they do test for AAS or not, are they legally bound to tell you what you are being tested for?

most places dont, they have to tell you what they test for anyways..

no, they will not drug test you for steroids , but they will polygraph you, and thats what can **** you over. See, all those state and city jobs are funded w/ grants and fiscal budgets and steroid testing is too costly for them to do. And correct me if I'm wrong here, but if they tested on you I think they'd have to test on everybody or that would be discrimination. What I would do is on the polygraph test when they ask you about recreational drugs or drugs not prescribed to you, I would tell them "no", but then explain to them you have used OTC products now on the banned list, like M1T and 1AD. Actually, explain that to them before the polygraph. What they'll do is take you in a room and have you answer questions, then ask you about your answers before they hook you up to the polygraph. Your answers on the polygraph have to match your answers you gave them before. But I'd play the M1-T and 1AD thing with them. I have freinds on the NYST

yea i know a few new york state troopers they are some big boys! no way there are "naturaly big" off them donuts! a few of the city cops are also huge too! the 1 that works out @ my gym warms up with 315 then benches 10plates like its his job! well 5 plates on each side

I didn't think they did test for them, but I asked a few of the guys at the gym what the drug testing was for and they said "everything." I go "even steroids ?" they said "yep." - But I don't think they know for sure.

I'm pretty sure they are legally bound to tell you exactly what you are being tested for or else it's invasion of privacy.... correct me if I'm wrong.

I've seen some jacked cops in my day! What a perfect profession for Gear though. Better than football or wrestling. The shape they are in may just save a life someday, maybe their own!
