so im up in the northeast and we got like 15 inches of snow. i got a knock on the door from a neighbor telling me that they were towing cars. so i run outside and see a tow truck at my car. im like what the f.. are you doing? some punk kid about my age is like, dont you watch the news? i said ya. i thought this was the side i was supposed to park on since there were a bunch others on the same side..so at this time he had one tire locked in. so im like now what? i was getting heated. he then puts the second tire in and raises it off the ground. says to me. well since i did all the work and the actual car is off the ground now, i take it and you can go down and pay 75 to get it back. or you can pay me 40 right now to lower it. i was soo pissed right now in his face about to tell him to fu.. off but there was a cop in her car on the corner. i didnt know if he could do that and what not so i paid the damn money. but i was getting bad thoughts about tracking the assh0le down as soon as they left!!!
