lost a stone cause i took 2 weeks out!!!

    I cant beleive it!!!

for the past 12 months I`ve always been around 16st 3lbs
(with around 12-15%bf). I`ve just bought my first house so I took 2 weeks out from the gym and my diet went out the window because i`ve been so busy getting everything set up..

Went back to the gym today and I weighed in at 15stone and felt weak as piss!! even my girfriend has said how much thinner my neck and face look!!

think I may need a new cycle.... and fast!!

In 2 weeks that sounds strange to me if the weight wasn’t water.

It sometimes takes me 2 months to loose that kind of weight.

How long did you train natty before gear?

On the flip side you should get it back just a quick.

i`ve just turned 25 and been training since i was 18... didnt take gear till I was 21...

It`s just screwing my mind up knowing that I`ve lost so much weight in two weeks... my last cycle was about 6 months ago.. but right now its all I can think about!
