TLC aired "super size she" which documents a female bodybuilders pursuit of the Ms. O. Although I respected her work ethic, commitment, persistence and genetics, her obvious masculinization was a bit off putting. Her voice definately deepened and her face took on an angular manly countenance due to the male hormone. Scary, I thought. There was this black bodybuilder with these big, intense eyes and the girl I hung out with this weekend laughed saying, "that girl looks like an android." Freaky style!

i choose not to be hypocritical, i have a deep respect for the female bodybuilder, but as you said mike, the masculinization was a bit to much imo as well. but yea her body was mad with muscularity. i was very impressed

I don't get the whole thing, they are too big to be women and will never get as big as a man body builder and are always looked at as freaks, so why do it?

If she had a more feminine voice, and face, Id find her attractive, chicks with muscles is cool IMO.

I find it so funny that whenever you see the threads about "why do you lift" all the bros are like "for myself not for the ladies" yada yada... But when you look at these women you automatically assume they lift to attract guys. You guys ever think they lift just because they love it just like we do? I personally admire the shit out of these women and think they deserve alot more respect from the bodybuilding community
