This is more a question for the ladies, my grilfriend recently started going to the gym seriously and now she want s a routine to follow to add more structure to her workouts. I didn't know what to suggest since I have always trained more for strength/power. She wants a more toning/firming workout and I was wondering if any ladies would be so kind as to break down their workouts for me or help me put something together.
