    Two years off the bottle

    Two years training

    At first I didnt even want to think about it. But now that its here, im pretty proud of myself.

    Solid work bro. I quit drinking 5 months ago. I definately thought it would be very tough...havent had any urges yet. Did it get harder for you?

    Good work, keep it up. Quitting smoking was the hardest thing I ever did but I'm glad every day that I don't smoke cigs.

    i was a 40oz/day drunk by the time i turned 22 bro, it was never easy.
