ahh!!! me and him are always talking about how gung ho fitness i am and he always sees me bustn my ass at the school gym doin cardio and liftn and what not and today im pulln out of the parking lot with a lit cigarette in my mouth and he stops and looks and i gassed it. i smoke one friggn cigarette everyday im really discrete about it and never go above the one stog a day mark and now next week hes gonna be like your in denial and all this crap im soo pist, k well going to post my weight in my phera plex post have some good news for you pp addicts. im soo mad!!

If you wanna get technical "hypocrit" and "bdd" are labels we put on each other cause we dont understand each others behavoir. Labels help categorize and make sense outta of things we dot understand. But truth is i put the label hypocrit on myself for people like you who will naturally be confused and follow that label cause a certain mental faculty doesnt exist within yourself to understand behavoirs that are incongruent in other people. Fact is, i do what i enjoy so in what way does that make a person confused?? but as physically healthy as someone with bdd may seem or appear, psychologically they are usually a wreck. im just speakn from experience i see this shit everyday as im an undergrad psychotherapist and no im not braggn but yeh bdd is not a good thing and if for one second you think it is get a book or 2 on it and your opinion will change real quick.

Dont feel bad bro, I used to smoke a couple a day, and when I got near a competition it would be like 3 or 4/day sometimes. It gets tough when you go w/out eating one tasteful thing for that long. I turned to a few smokes/day to help suppress my appetite and have something to look forward to. If you have the willpower then what the hell ya know? But as soon as it gets to the point where you light up a few/day then ditch that shit.

Smoke that cig 1/2 way. Stub it out. Put it in a baggie overnight. Open baggie the next day, smell. that is what you smell like if you are a smoker. Now, eat that 1/2 a cig, really chew it up and taste the flavors, like it is the last piece of gum in a pack. Suck on the filter til there is no flavor left.
