This is kinda a weird question, but I've always wondered why I don't sweat a lot when I'm in the gym. I mean I bust my ass off everytime I'm not likie the others who do the same weight for every set and dont need spots. I dont rest like 4 mins between each set or anything The only day that I drip sweat is on leg day. I mean I sweat a lot on my back and a little from my head, but not much more than that most of the times, I mean it dose get too hot sometimes. I just find it weird that I work harder than most of the people here doing more weight than the guys bigger than myself making then look dumb and I'm not sweating a whole lot but theyre just getting done with warmups dripping all over. Whats up with that.
