Actually bro i dont like to hook up with anyone in the gym especially because its the only place i go to focus on somthing important & thats to train i dont even talk in the gym while training so its not for me but good luck buddy just be friendly & smile back at her if you want her or go & say hi or if she is doing a wrong excersice go to her & show her the right performance be creative bro

I for one am so tired of meeting chicks at the bars... I would love to meet one at the gym. How bout starting with asking her name and small chatter... then when you see her again add to what you talked about and then like the 4th time ask her whats she doing the next weekend. Find something fun to do like a concert if shes into that or dinner/movie or whatever... gosh i need to start taking my own advice bc there are sooo many hot pieces that work out and my gym. Thats the only reason why i fight the 5-6 o'clock crowd bc thats when their are the most amount of people there, and hottest chicks...

I agree no good comes from meeting a girl at a bar.
my point was, bar, gym what ever, they are still the same person and do not require a different pick up line. infact most ladies dont like lines at all.

i have hooked up with one or two. the first was just a girl that was working out and i suggested a couple of excerisises for her triceps cause she looked like she was having some problems. she was really grateful and we started talking and i stoppped training that day so we could go for lunch and we went out a few time but nothing serious. the second was with the trainer at a large gym and i asked her to give me some help to train my chest, i was already benching 315 for 6, she said sure and we just kinda hit it off went out for a while but after it was kinda weird when i went back to the gym caus eit felt like all the people knew everything about me and were giving me weird looks. just a few suggestions, but really just be yourself.
