SHit I have a hard time building my legs. Not all of us are perfect. But you are right everyone looks good here and everyone works their ass off to be where they are.

no seriously now. It takes time brother...don't become one of those people who expects results over night. Get a hardcore diet and workout program together and hit it hard. In a couple of months you will already have start to drum a different beat.

Thanks for the encouragement. I realised that I have reached a mental plateau where I could not change my mindset to push till absolute failure. It happened today in the gym when I was doing chest. I did my bench press and I felt really helpless without my buddy to push me to failure....Once I felt a bit of tireness in my arms I would give up instantly...
Too bad my buddy injured his legs...

I am too. Some of the bro's on this board (ladies too) have unbelievable bodies. It is hard sometimes not to compare, but simply use them as modivation. Keep working hard bro, you'll get there...or at least that's what I tell myself
