I dno if the pic posted, but this was my PWO meal today ...
aprox 2000 cal.
protein - aprox 115 g

lol, what a waste of calories. Try splitting it in half and taking it half PWO and the other half 1hr later. Too much at one sitting.

I could never eat that after a workout, WAY too heavy, my stomach couldnt handle it.

You say you're struggling to gain weight, I think your answer will be in your total caloric intake for each day, not cramming 2000calories at one sitting. I always shoot for 5-800 clean calories every 3hrs or 8times/day. Impossible not to grow with this protocol.

Alot of times I'll throw oats, peanut butter, milk, whey, cottage cheese, eggs and whatever else I have into a blender and drink it. This approach is good if you're trying to gain weight.

Not PWO though, you want dextrose and whey IMO because they are easily absorbed and digested when your muscles are ready to be saturated. Possibly in the morning or between meals this would work, still 2000calories is too much in one sitting, either way you look at it.

Whey + Dextrose = better PWO
Between meals would be a better choice for this.

ok
too much fat can slow down the biosynthesis of protein during degredation of the polypepdtides. u woulda been better off w/ a buncha nanners and chickn in a blender w/ water for a pwo meal since fat isnt even abosrbed in the stomache it just sits there and makes it work harder and take longer to denature the amino's and digest the carbs.
infact MY BUDDY who is CUTTING (so he says) has reduced his calroies and cleaned up his diet-still eating over maint just eating better is GETTING BIGGER and STRONGER faster than he was when he was dirty bulking

Totally agree there Taiboxa, Clean bulks are much more effective for LBM and strength gains than a dirty bulk IMO. Also you look good year round

its not the intake of your calories or protein..its the consistency...you need to do it througout the day....shakes only help a bit to gain wait..unless ur a bonebag...u need solid food..tuna..eggs..shakes..lean beef..even pasta from time to timne///...its all about frequency and consistency..ur diet can be super clean but if u only eat 4 times a day its gonna do u more harm then good oppose to if u were to eat dirty..ie...hamburgers..etc...4 times.....the TRICK is to eat clean as much as possible..litterally till u almost puke....thats how u gain weight..

Cytogainer???? Hmm.....I know some dude that uses it 100% exclusively for all 3 meals.....4 scoops each in 2%, 3,000+K cals and its working nicely for him
