    That is gross. Honestly how do people let themselves get like that. I really dont understand, sure nto everyone is gonna have a 6-pack or even be into hardcore excercise programs. But **** when you notice your pant size increasing and increasing and increasing and you are always going out to buy larger sizes dont you realize "holy shit I gotta do somethin about this." Man ist just sad, and overweight people take so much tax money in health care. I remember reading an article about obesity in the US and it said that they cost the health care system 70 million dollars a year.

    LMAO. He did like three reps of 225. That is just amazing. I mean sure everyone starts somewhere and I have "tried" not to judge people on the weight they do because hey I was obviously at that stage at one point and maybe they are just starting out right. But if you BRAG about it or make a video of yourself doing that sort of weight than you are just an idiot because it is clearly not a lot of weight.
