I read about it a while ago. It looks cool. I wouldnt say it will change gaming forever. It might have a impact on sim kind of games though.

The possible problem might be that the game is trying TO hard. I fail to se how a game with that many aspects can be good at each of them. I hope Im proven wrong though.

If you would have watched it for more than ten seconds, you would have seen how fun it could be, if you like those types of games. I personally dont like that type of game, but I can appreciate it for what it is trying to do. The way the game looked and played, changed drastically over the length of the vid.

I dont understand the UFO idea though, i'd rather have the game move more slowly (i.e. conquer the world/develop space program/explore/meet new races/develope political structures etc.)

I agree. I dont think they can manage to get all aspects of the game balanced and fun. Seems like they are trying to squeese 5 different games into one.
