Is sleep really that Important?
How important is sleep to maximizing gains? I will be starting a second job in the near future which will only allow me to get about 4 1/2 hrs of sleep per night plus mabey a 2 hr nap in between. So is 6 1/2 sufficient or will that hinder my gains? I will also be starting my next cycle that includes tren which I hear can cause insomnia. What to do?

You grow when sleeping.

If tren causes you insomnia it will do alot of harm to you especially. 6 1/2 hours isn't very much sleep either. I try to get atleast 8 hours a night.

Good God, yes. Your body repairs itself while you are in the deeper levels (not REM) of sleep. No repair, no muscle increase.

Try melatonin if you have problems sleeping on tren .

Think about it this way.
If you ran your car almost non stop and never turned it off to rest and cool down, how quick do you think it would run out of gas?
Quickly!

sleep is just as important as a proper cycle in my opinion, if your cycle is great but you dont rest properly you wont grow.
When i am on i make love to my bed every night and through out the day for at least 10-12 hours daily.

In my opinion, sleeping is only second to eating in the realm of bodybuilding. So in my opinion if you cant eat and sleep correctly, you might as well not go to the gym.

I now realize with this schedule + the gym ,shower i will have about 1/2 hour of spare time...... Fvck That!!! I'll have to eat out every meal. I'll probley stick it out for about 2 weeks quit my day job and put my cycle off till That time. What was I thinking?
