i believe they said his stomach sits lower than others and his stomach acids are crazy, he could digest mad food in very short periods of time. he's a freak. there was another big time eating guy, when they did his autopsy his stomach was 7 times bigger than the average male.

he looks great but hes like 140 pounds. take it for what its worth.
