My college just screwed me $650 of money i dont have

I signed up for 2 classes this spring semister but I was out of work, collecting $132 a week for unemployment, and had to drop the classes because I could afford to pay the $800 + books for the classes. Well apparently I droped them 2 days after the first week and after the drop period. So I still have to pay $650 for the classes which the only reason being that i could take them because i couldnt afford them in the first place. If Id known I missed the cut off date(by 2 days) and still would had to pay $650, I would have took the fuking classes. WTF. Oh and 6 weeks ago I broke my hand and have about $1200 in bills I have to fuking pay for that cause i have no insurance. Damn, what a 'welcome to the real world' that was.
