Anabolic steroids **Important** read please!
I'm writing this blog crap because I am getting fed up with the ignorance of some people in regards to anabolic steroids. I have seen a lot of TV shows and ads from America and the bias towards how dangerous steroids are is unbelievable. Recently though, this has become more and more prominent in the UK and I have decided to take a stand myself.
Basically, I ask for every one to educate themselves on something before they make a decision. If I asked every person I know about steroids who aren't interested in the gym , I would be guaranteed at least 90% answers of "They are BAD!" Why is this so? Well, basically the media and press tell us these horror stories about the drugs rather than tell us facts. I have been making a powerpoint presentation on the facts of steroids that no one ever hears about, and I will send it to people who want to learn rather than turn their back on the facts.
So, now onto why the media (and most people) are wrong. We are told of these horrible side effects of steroids such as kidney failure, liver failure, heart disease etc. I want to inform you all that these side effects only happen when you ABUSE steroids. It is the same with anything. If you know what you are doing and do it right, it is not dangerous. Mess about with it, and it will be something you regret. Drink too much alcohol- dangerous. Drink too much water (in a short period of time)- Dangerous. Eat shit loads of fast food- dangerous. Eat only one or two foods ever- dangerous. Take too many headache tablets- dangerous. All I am saying is that ABUSE is not the same as USE. If you ABUSE something, then you are messing with it. Safe use is a completely different story.
I also want to add that steroids are not miracle drugs. You don't just take them and you get muscles. A lot of hard work is involved in gaining the muscle size. You must work out for this to be of any benefit- and work out HARD. The diet of the user is also important. You need to have your diet in perfect order depending on what you are trying to achieve goal wise. I must also mention genetics in this. If you are not made out to be a bodybuilder, or your body does not have the capabilities to gain a lot of muscle (ie a Hardgainer) then steroids can help you get bigger, but will not necessarily make you huge. There are so many factors involved in getting the best out of steroid use.
I'm not going to say much more on the matter for now, but if I remember anything I will add it here.
And would people please please PLEASE ask me questions about this rather than just turn your back on it. We are told lies about these in the media and I'm fed up.
Some drugs are dangerous and I am not making excuses. I would never recommend steroids to people unless they have done their own research and can prove this to me.
Please leave comments on this, I would appreciate it
Thanks
(anabolic steroids should NOT be used by women and ESPECIALLY not to be used by children. Only healthy adult men should be thinking of these and they are a last resort, not just another drug! EDUCATE YOURSELF!)
