I'm tired of this shit, this ****ing A/C hasnt worked right since we moved into this raghead ridden, shithole apartment. Last summer I roasted my ass off in this place because nobody knew what the **** was wrong with the air conditioner. Maintenance must have came up here 10 times to look at it and they still cant figure it out. I've heard everything from "it's just the filter, the fuse is blown, it might be wired backwards" etc etc. I've ****ing had it. I'm not going through another spring and summer feeling like I'm rotting in some Mexican jail. If they cant ****ing fix the piece of shit, then sub the job out to somebody who knows what they're doing and quit feeding us bullshit. I'm off to unleash some anger at the gym.

Man thats happened to me a couple times !It gets frustrating .I remember working at my uncles urban clothing store in the city when the aircondition stopped working for about 1 1/2 wks and we had to try to sell clothes and suits in the hot ass store the cutomers were sweating within a minute and they tried to put on a suit and said it's too hot and walked out .I was about to lose it our clothes looked like we went swimming .We call our uncle a korean jew and cheap customers jama-wish ! (Lots of jamaican /nigerian mix stop by)

Home Depo has some rollaround AC's for $300, come with a 5 year warranty. It could save you a few bucks in the long run, assuming you're paying for your own electric . . . it's cheaper to cool just your bedroom instead of the entire apartment at night. Savings over 5 years could pay for the gizmo, and then some . . .
