They won't do anything unless the police are involved, apparently its covered by the data protection act.

i had that once i had to phone telecom immediately after the call then they blocked the caller,give em a ring.

I was told by a cop that you can type in a number code right after they call i forget the code and it unblocks the number on your bill.. just write down the day and time they made the call and look at ur bill when it comes in

Yes, what you have to do is call the police first though. Then the police will give the operator the word to trace the call. I know this is how it works, because I got in trouble once for harassing a guy at a vaccuum cleaner store. Back in my teenage years, I kept on calling telling him that my dick was stuck in a Hoover vaccuum cleaner I purchased from him. After about 3 months of my daily calls I guess he got sick of it.
