    Chico is not ghetto. Whoever told you that is full of shit. The bars are the shit. Everyone just party's and gets wasted, walks around downtown. Everything is so close, there's no need to drive. Plus the people here are so chill, it's not like anywhere I've been before. Random people on the street are just hella cool.
