    Anyone see Vicne mcmahons on the front cover of muscle and fitness? That dude looks shredded. I hope when i'm 60 i can look like that.

    Wonder what hes running and hows he trains/eats.

    yeah i bought that mag. in fact they said he out does triple H on back day with rows.

    i def think he is on HRT, at the highest possible dose, and maybe occasionally ups the dosage for several weeks to bulk here and there. His upper bod looks shredded but he's really not. He's go no abs and has significant lower chest fat. Thats why alot of his poses are with his arms crossed.
    But hell, he looks shit hot for 60. I hoope i look that thick at that age.
