    Anyone use E-Loan?

I wanna buy a bike and i'm prob gonna need a loan.. wondering if anyone has used them? 6%apr for 36months doesn't sound too bad on a used bike.

Yup, that's a good rate. What kind of bike you looking for? Sometimes new bikes a better financing on them which may end up being cheaper. The Suzuki dealer near me has 0% financing and special promos on right now, which makes a brand new Suzuki the same monthly price as a one to two year old bike.

(I was pricing a new Burgman againts a Honda Silverwing.) Same monthly payments. Just a thought.

ok.. the bike i want is a 99gsxr 750, its $4,000 real good deal actually. I'd have to take out a $5k loan.. for 48months my payments would be $127 a month.. that doesnt sound bad at all to me.

This is exactly what Suzuki WANTS YOU TO THINK. It's not a good deal by the means they put it. Suzuki dealers often do 0% financing $99 a month. But this is bad because unless you pay more than the $99 a month, you're ONLY COVERING INTEREST. There's many sites about this and you can even visit www.gixxer.com and search for it. Many people get tricked into it. By the time your term is over (lets say for this case 3 years), you'd have the interest payed off doing the $99 a month. But now you have the value of the bike to pay off. Sounds great huh?
