    Exclamation "High Speed USB device not plugged into High Speed Port...."

    Ever since I re-formatted I keep getting this message whenever I plugg my ipod, or my external hard drive into my laptop it transfers really slow and stuff because for some reason my computer didnt update its USB drives or something. They are all USB 2.0 but they transfer slow.... helllllllllp

    In the device manager, under the usb section, is there a "composite device?" If there is, remove it, and restart the computer.

    It’s the USB 2 drives that you are missing, did you install Windows SP2? To check to see if it is missing drives go to Device Manager and look at anything with a question mark by it and update them.

    i have this same gd problem. all my drivers are updated and are 2.0. wtf??
