I'm most likely one of the smallest dudes on AR but I'm often around people who are overweight, or seriously have 8 inch arms, so those people give me attention lol. I wasn't saying I'm big or even fishing for compliments I was just stating I don't like the extra attention all the time. its like theyre sizing u up - and u know they all hate you or fancy you

i find women deliberatley dont stare and infact dont even look - where as guy will look at you as if they wana fight you or hump you

i think women assume the man with the good physique to be arrogant and so dont give him the satisfaction of checking him out

ive seen them actively try and look the other way

I actually don't like the attention i get but at the same time i still work out.. It’s like a love hate relationship.

Fully Clothed I look like everyone else.. And i don't necessarily looked jacked like the bodybuilding women in the magazines but I’m not a mainstream woman either - waif like. I definitely get looks.

I’m self conscious I would say about half the time I go out. I leave my house feeling confident. Some guys love it. I hear a few say holy shit.

I think it’s a little different for men than it is for women. There aren’t as many women into lifting, as there are men. And although I still consider myself tiny and I’m still very feminine I got muscle on me an definitely definition in my back., legs and even if I didn’t work out I would still have arms on me.

I’m 5’6, 120-125lbs and I guess 10-13% body fat for the last year or so. I have a small waist and the way I see it is I would rather look the way I do and show some dedication than be fat. I don’t wanna be huge.. having muscles buldging everywhere But this is who I am and for now not much is gonna change.

More women seem to have issues than men I find.

Damn, that's some freaky shit carlos, some of my friends who are semi-pro's get that kind of garbage as well. Ever get one from Merv Griffin, I hear he likes muscular black men.

There was this dude last year, while I was in Winnepeg in September, man he was freaking huge and jacked. I caught myself staring as he was wearing a tight shirt and had a total babe with him. I wanted to go up to him and tell him that he looked freaking awesome, and get a closer look at the girlie, but I figured he didn't need to hear that crap from me. He spotted me and got this hard look, guess he wasn't too happy that guys were looking at him. Don't get me wrong, I'm 200% straight but this dude was freaky and jacked and he looked good.

I get looks all the time and I generally can't tell if guys want to fight or just can't believe how xxl I am (right now 280+ in the morning - dry). No I don't mind it but I especially like it when girls come up and start rubbing.....

I think it hilarious when the skinny young kids at a surf shop call me 'killer' or something like that.

Oh, and Mizfit. Since you are toned and fit, that makes you totally hot. No need for you to get jacked or 4% bf to look good sweetie!
