need cosmetic help..skin graft or tattoo?

2 -3 years ago i did a cycle of 500mg sust for 8 weeks with first 4 of dbol and last 4 of fina , week 9-12 pct. Horrid horrid acne, that kept on bursting and wouldnt stop bleeding..i need accutan to heal this which took a year to heal. this formed keliods, which i have to get injects of catabolic steriods, i also tried laser surgery but it didnt work, and the doctor treating me ran out of ideas...except for these two: get a skin graft or tattoo.... so does anyone know any good cosmetic skin surgeons / tattoo arstist in the ct/nyc area? I was thinking a synthetic skin graft would be best, sice that tatto may cause re-kelioding.

Paul Booth is one of the best tattoo artists in the country. He is located in NYC. I waslooking to get a tattoo from him but i had an accident that cost me money. He's very expensive and it takes months in advance to get an appointment with him.
