    Ow, my back.

    Hurt my back. Did floor deads yesterday, trainer watched my form and said it was good. Did 365 for two reps after a long warm up. Tried for a third but was denied. Now it hurts to just stand up straight or walk or sit or any thing. It's not a good hurt like lactic acidosis. Just a dull pain that hurts more when I move. Should I go see an ortheapedic?

    Yes. I think I must have been stressing it for a while and it was just cumulative effects. I've done 405 before. I was trying to get back up there. I did 135x10, 275x8, 315x8 and then I tried that 365. The sad thing is that those first two reps so easy, I thought I was going to get 4 reps. Now a major set back.

    well as long as you didn't feel anything pop or anything i would think you'll be ok......if you have a chiropractor though you might want to go get and adjustment and see what he/she says

    I don't have a chiropractor. I don't think it's coverd by my insurance but, I'll check.
