hi bros,
those who know me will know i have a tendancy to be around for a while and post a lot then dissapear, just got back in the gym....i was unable to put any strain on my shoulder for months,
it's better now (at least almost 100%) i still cant do heavy bench or shoulder press, but it's a start
just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how i could make the recovery better and faster? id like to be able to bench heavy sometime
i was thinking stretching , possibly physio? not sure what else i could do
