    ok so im back after dissapearing for a long time again......

    hi bros,

    those who know me will know i have a tendancy to be around for a while and post a lot then dissapear, just got back in the gym....i was unable to put any strain on my shoulder for months,

    it's better now (at least almost 100%) i still cant do heavy bench or shoulder press, but it's a start

    just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how i could make the recovery better and faster? id like to be able to bench heavy sometime

    i was thinking stretching , possibly physio? not sure what else i could do

    Welcome back bro, how about swimming?. Great for muscle tone, and flexibilty and very little stress on the joints, you'll be back pounding the heavy plates before you know it.

    i thought about swimming mate, but it's years since ive been...not sure how good i;d be
