I told this scrawny lil' dude he needed to get off the cables and machines and do compound basic movements to get big. Then he asked me what sups I was on if any. I told him I tried creatine, but that just bloated me. Then I told him to eat plenty of complex carbs and lean meats, fish, and fowl. Told him to eat 6-8 times per day or every 2-3.5 hours. Then he went on the cables.

reason im getting all these videos is because i work @ the gym and all i really do is make sure the gym is under control...and when i see things like this i cant help it but film it for ya lol..nothing wrong with some gym humor!..and yeah these people will never listen to you..if you try to tell a old person that what they been doing for the past years is wrong they'll look at you like ur a fkin idiot..and for carlos...leave it up to you to say a homosexual comment then you say that others start first lol..

wish i had a camera on my phone a few months back. we've got a few ppl like that in my gym.
there's an old dude who loaded up the leg press with 400kg...clearly too much for him. he always complains there isnt enough weight for the leg press and he only moves it about 2 -3 inches, if that.
so one day, he saddles himself up, gets a few real deep breathes, pushes the sled up a few mm and flips the guards over. the pin in the back of the seat wasn't in one of the holes and BOOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM his seat flies back and the sleigh comes flying down and his knees are up around his ears and he slams the guards over and gets up haha.
tried to pass it off as if he was expecting it and wasn't scared hahaha it was some funny sh*t
tried to make it look like nothing happened
