Cycles are tough sh*t
I'm about to start wk 8 of a 12 wk sust cycle @ 500mg wk. And my body is spent, if you run disciplined cycles this aint no joke! i've been working out 5-6 days a week, high intentisty, heavy weights, and been pounding food (4 to 5,000 calories a day)
Right now i'm like i can't weight till this is over, not to mention that i'm going to be working extra hard during pct so i can keep my gains. i've gained about 15 solid punds and my strenght is through the roof!
but does anybody get this same feeling? i'm pretty sure i can push through myslef but does anybody take anything to help get through the last couple of wks?
Done with my rant now, so let me pull my skirt up and go build some ham and calves

honestly not really.. i always feel extra pumped and def dont want it to end.. the feeling is actually a positive one.. hope it always stays like that.. yea it takes dedication but its def worth it..

I have great weeks then dead tired weeks...I normally take 2 days off in a row when I'm spent..

truthfully i dont like the sust very much i think ill go with cyp/expois next cause i was napping and tired alot. Dont know the difference cause ive only done two cycles but i will next time cause im going to use somethin different

The toughest part for me is forcing down food all day. the first few weeks are great, but then I go thro phases. but it's always worth it

oh yah, and that lathargic feeling all day (from test) sucks. feel great in the gym, then i just want to sit on the couch and eat

but you're right. cycles do take a lot of dedication, and alot of people don't realize that. They think you can just stick a pin in your butt and blow up
