I'm about to start wk 8 of a 12 wk sust cycle @ 500mg wk. And my body is spent, if you run disciplined cycles this aint no joke! i've been working out 5-6 days a week, high intentisty, heavy weights, and been pounding food (4 to 5,000 calories a day)
Right now i'm like i can't weight till this is over, not to mention that i'm going to be working extra hard during pct so i can keep my gains. i've gained about 15 solid punds and my strenght is through the roof!![]()
but does anybody get this same feeling? i'm pretty sure i can push through myslef but does anybody take anything to help get through the last couple of wks?
