    What do you guys do on a tricep pushdown? Oh and..

    Oh and hey all, how you all doin. Long time no speak, not been on lately been very busy!

    Yea and onto the tricep pushdown, if you do it, what do you do? Did about 240lbs the other day, we couldnt find anymore weight to stack onto it. Sware if could of done more.

    Yep still work at the gym, sold the BMW (sold the 106, then bought a 328 which i sold). Im car-less at the moment, so on the hunt for something.

    I currently cycle to work everyday, about 7.5 miles each way. So get a decent 15 mile bike ride each day. Work is good, same old same old to be honest mate.

    Living with my bro in our new house, been buying lots of toys lately, lol. Bought a Sony Aibo earlier this month.

    i have no idea what the actual weight on mine is, but the stack goes up to 14 and i can rep it 10-12 times. its a cybex machine with dual towers

    when you do the stack and need more weight, you put the pin in the bottom, the full stack..then grab an extra pin, and put a 25or45 pound plate, and use the extra pin to put it in like the middle of the stack..ya know what i mean? so the whole stack will still work, and you'll have an extra 25# or 45# plate attatched to it.
