Recording Online Streams, or Radio

Tomorrow a friend of mine will be on the radio. His first radio interview! He asked me to record it, but I dont know how!

Back in the day, it was simple, pop in a cassette and hit record. I dont have a cassette recorder anymore.

The website has an online stream, is there a way I can record it?

Or anyone else have any other suggestions?

Just found a recorder in my attic!! .... i miss cassette tapes, Ha Ha! .... hey i tried deleting this thread, is that no longer an option or am i missing something?
