    As the saying goes what have you recently learned that suprised you?

    Yesterday I learned that 80% of a potato is water.....

    and the only time my fvcking gf doesn't lie is when she's asleep....this was an even bigger suprise because I thought it was a 24/7 skill she had...perhaps she was having an of day...

    They checked the cookies? They think a cookie from forums.anabolicreview.com or forums.steroid.com is not appropriate? WTF? Tell them the cookies from forums.flippinfairylovers.com is not appropriate!

    Get a thumb drive and download Portable Firefox, it works off your thumb drive and you don't leave any traces on your company's system... I have been using it for awhile now... works great!

    I learned i should drink my high carb high protein shake of the day in the morning before workout.. cause at noon time it causes a clusterf*uck with the 10:30pm meal, and 1 o'clock meal.
