As I look up and down the Anabolics forum I see questions from people who in no way shape or form should be taking gear.
Now i know Giants made a great post in here the other day about this but these people asking all of these ?'s have no clue about propper nutrition. I see all of these ?'s about compounds such as Winnie and Var and if you look at these members stats they are all 19-25% bf or 160 pounds soaking wet and they are looking for a quick fix with no clue that Dieting and Cardio is 90% of this whole lifestyle.
When planning a cycle I always look back on the saying "you are what you eat" and base everything around my diet.
Sorry to bring up the same topic in this Rant but it seems like nobody ever listens or like Giants said "we give them advice and it seems like it goes in one ear and out the other"
