I'm Stuck!!!

I just want to say Hi to everyone first been gone awhile ..........

Ok I been like killing myself for acouple of months working my on Tri's and Bi's and haven't gained an Inch ......i'm stuck 18 1/2 inches on my arms .......i hate feeling stuck don't you ?

Well at least theyll grow..my biceps refuse to resemble a bicep when flexed..its just flat

Yes .....But i'm like focused more on the arms right now cause when i look at myself side ....i look at the big shoulder and the chest and my arms look like two little sticks

Ohh and to make matters worst i gained some fat so i don't how much is muscle ...................

Last time i was here i was 195 started a test-e,test-p,and deca cycle and ended in like 215 and i'm at like 228 but because i'm so f##king hungry all that time know and i want to start to shred but i'm afraid that my arms are going to look worst if i do ...
