well, you got many years to fill out. biceps can be hard to make noticable gains on cause its tough to let them totally rest inbetween workouts. dont feel bad though, my biceps suck ass too

Yeah you use your biceps somehow pretty much everyday. Seems like I'm always getting groceries and I always try to keep my arms perfectly straight so I don't work them at all..and like upright rows yesterday..etc

yea im the same way. when im not in the gym, i try to keep my body totally limp so i can grow as much as possible. hell, weekends are nice cause i usually stay in bed all day, leaving only to get myself some protein powder.

haha yea, i remember in weights class, wed hit up bench every day for the entire period. after i graduated high school, id hit up biceps/back 3 times a week, and triceps/chest 3 times a week too, with shoulders every day. what the hell was i thinking bro?
