im thinking of getting a massage thursday, like three hours after i get done lifting shoulders and tri's....any problem with this?

no problem with it, but you would maybe enjoy it more the day after. Right after your workout your muscles are warm and smooth. The massage is to work out the little knots that develop in the muscles due to stress, etc...I always enjoy a massage more on the days I don't work out than on the days I do. jmho.

yeah get an hour, perfect amount of time...and like the others said, do it on a dif. day then training.. or at a later time..get a deep tissue full body massage...if i could have 1 or 2 of those a week i would be a happy man...

i love getting massages, but im too broke to buy professional ones. usually what il do is get my pretty female friends to do it for me for free. i love that, cause then i get to massage them too. regardless of whos giving or receiving, its gonna turn the girl on.

Sounds like fun and relaxation to me.

I'm looking into getting a deep tissue massage and really get worked.
Those muscles have to get loosened up once in a while, and massages are really good for you.

deep tissue for sure! the kind of pain that ya like. those are the best. years ago i had a trainer that was about 350 lbs with hands the size of baseball gloves. we used to pay eachother off to get to him first. if i could of married that dude, i would have.

Wasn't that from a TV show? I remeber some Asian chic massaging a guy, and each episode she'd ask him if he wanted a happy ending. He was married, and always said no. But she'd ask him each time, knowing that he was not going to do it. Don't remeber what the show was called though...

I was getting a deep tissue massage for a while there.. it get expensive but if you can afford it, it is well worth the money
