Anyone ever get Lipo or Tummy Tuck?

Just curious. I have some loose skin around the ab area due to getting too fat at one point along the way. I lost elasticity in the skin in the ab area and it's only noticeable when I am sitting down. I'm wondering if a tummy tuck can be done almost seamlessly or if there will definately be unavoidable scarring.

I am toying with the idea of a mini tummy tuck as I too have loose skin from my 300lb+ beer monster days.
It is my understanding that there will be scarring but they hide it under the waistband and it fades with time.
Hopefully Matrixguy will chime in, I remember him saying he was going to get it done, dunno if he's had it yet or not.

Lipo is very small scaring normally about 4 1/4" slits that heal nice and you can't really see them.

tummytuck (Abdominoplasty) is a slit/cut form hip bone to hip bone normally and they pull the skin down and cut it off and sew back together.. Of course they sew it below your bikini line (or whatever that would be on a guy) but the scre can be huge.. If you have little skin to pull then it will be less but they do cut skin out so you will have a scar.

Am having a full tummy tuck in June due to loose skin. There will be a permanent scar from hip to hip just below the waistline (as Oldman said). Depending on your age, genetics and diet, it will depend on how well the scar will heal. My loose skin is fairly bad so am not too bothered how bad the scar will look and not many people will see it anyway. If it really bothers u bro then i wud look into it.

    Holy fuck!

I have only just started researching, I was thinking of looking into these guys:

I presume you have your reasons for opting for BUPA?

I looked into them aswell but i couldn't really do with travelling to Brussels, plus, the nearest clinic to me is London. With Bupa its close by, have their own hospital, which is very nice and i really liked the plastic surgeon. Probably silly reasons, but just felt comfortable with the whole set up. But, the thing that pissed me off about Bupa is the fact that the blood test cost me £320. Can you believe that?
