    Pictures of the Gym i manage.

    Well, im now the GM of a gym belonging to a well known gym chain.

    You can rent out free dvd's, theres a lounge offering free drinks, large cardio areas, various rooms. A beauty clinic, hair dressers, classes, jacuzzi, sauna, tanning beds, etc etc.

    We have it all...

    Few awards we won in February....






    Not a major hardcore gym, but loads of equipment, heavy enough weights and plenty of people training for comps. Loads of women too

    Lol just makes them easier to identify bro. Still do computer work but no longer work for MS, still contract to them but dont officially work for them.

    Nah not too bad, trying to order some heavier weights as some members are maxing out on them.

    I maxed out doing tricep push downs earlier, standing, had to find extra weight and strap it on. Managed to get upto 270lbs.

    Changing rooms are very good, just be re-done actually with new showers etc. Very clean, large with TV's etc so you can get changed and watch tv too

    please tell me that the entire place isnt all hardwood floors. Have fun doing deadlifts or squats on hardwood slippery floors. If you dont bust your leg you'll get complained on for sure when deadlifting.

    Can i drop the weights like ron coleman? What about powercleans are the weights rubber. Do yall tell people to quiet down when they grunt from lifting serious weight, My gym, I mean fitness center does. I hate those type of gyms.
